    Sunset Yoga

    One hour yoga flow, and time to mediate or wander the farm.

    Garden Yoga

    Morning yoga flow in the flower field. A one hour beginner yoga with time after to meditate and wander the farm.

    Farm Tour

    Visit the farm to learn how we grow our cut flowers and visit the wildflower patch, sunflower field, the native prairie, and more!

Workshops We Offer

    Flower Arranging Workshop

    Create your own bouquet using fresh cut Birdflower Blooms. This workshop gives you time to create the arrangement of your dreams, and gives you time to wander the farm, take pictures, and relax in nature. Adults only.

    You Pick Flowers

    Pick your own bouquet. Choose all your favorites, and make your bouquet, your way! Adults only or 12 and up with adult.

    Book Your Own Class, Workshop, or Tour!

    Choose the day and time for your private event! Yoga, you-pick, farm tour, and combinations available! There is an 8 person minimum on private events.

Meet Our Yoga Teacher, Sara

Sara is the founder and owner of Flower of Life Yoga & Wellness Center. In 2016, she studied abroad in Costa Rica, and while there, were earned her RYT 200 and Children’s Yoga teaching certifications. It was also in Costa Rica that she began her lifelong quest for transformative healing practices. Since then she has taught and completed multiple E-RYT trainings, co-facilitated RYT teacher trainings and opened her own Yoga and Wellness Center in St. Charles. Sara delivers an authentic and expert balance of traditional and strength-based approaches to yoga. With a background of traditional yoga, power yoga and weightlifting, her mission is aways to lead a safe and effective class, emphasizing proper alignment while experiencing and developing capabilities beyond the body. She is also a twin mother, partner, and community sound healer.

Meet our yoga teacher, Julie

E-RYT 200

Julie is a kind hearted and intuitive yoga teacher who believes that through the practice of yoga, we can reconnect with the intelligence of the body and feel calmer and more present in our lives. In 2012 Julie received her 200HR certification under Suddha Wexler from Chicago Yoga Center, and has been leading classes, workshops, and teacher trainings ever since. Her creative and thoughtful sequences inspire students to tap into their full potential both physically and mentally. She loves to share tips and tricks to empower students to deepen their practice and essentially become their own healers. Her lighthearted and insightful approach puts yogis of all levels at ease and she considers her students to be her dearest lifelong friends
